In google, wordpress, blogger internet terms it means change a web or blog for a foreign market...probably changing a website's language</p>
<p>Ok wouldn't graded grains be cool for readers, followers...100: 1000, 5000 (thats a secondary school and parents) city (18 schools lots more if we add primary schools) county and city (36 schools again lots more with primary school kids) so countywide and regionwide geotagged would be nice, and UK i'm sure it's possible and probably would help the company running the servers.</p>
